Adding a text box

  • Click the 'Insert' tab from the main toolbar.
  • From the left sidebar, choose 'Title text' or 'Body text' to add a text box to the page. Find out how to set the default font style for both title and body text here.

Editing your text

  • Click on the text box to select it.
  • Double click on the text box. A flashing cursor should appear at the beginning of your text. You can now type/remove text using your keyboard.

Formatting your text

Click on the text box to select it. From the floating Editor box, click the 'Font' tab. From here you can edit:

  • Font style - Choose the font style, e.g. Arial or Verdana.
  • Font size - Change the font size and tap return on your keyboard to view the changes.
  • Font colour - Choose the colour for your text by clicking on the the colour box next to font size.
  • Text alignment - Centre, Left or Right align.
  • Bullet points - With bullet points enabled, each new line of text in the text box will begin with a bullet point.

NB: You can also edit specific text within a text box, for example the colour of a specific word, or add a bullet point to one or two paragraphs in your text. Just highlight the text while the text box is selected and make your changes.
