Forgotten your password

  1. Go Moonfruit.com 
  2. click 'Login' in the top right corner. 
  3. Click 'Forgot your password?' under the login panel, enter your email address
  4.  'Submit'. 

Note: If we find a match for that email address we will send you a password reset email for the account. We can only permit password resetting for the correct email address i.e the email address currently registered with that account.
 

Forgotten your username

If you have forgotten your username you will need to contact our Support team using the contact form or Chat to us. We will need you to supply a contact email address and some personal details for security reasons.

Change your password

  1.  Go to Moonfruit.com to access your dashboard.
  2. Click the menu icon in the top right corner followed by 'Billing'.
  3. Manage my billing, Password click 'Edit', 
  4. Then click 'Change your password'. 
  5. Enter your current password, followed by entering your new password (and confirmation of the new password) in the fields provided. 
  6. Then click 'Save'.

Change your email address

  1.  Go to Moonfruit.com to access your dashboard.
  2. Click the menu icon in the top right corner followed by 'Billing'.
  3. Under Manage my billing, Email address click 'edit'. 
  4. Enter your new emails address in the fields provided. 
  5. Then click 'Save'.
  6. You will need to validate your email address, after this change, an email will be sent to the new address with instructions.

Change your username

To change your username you will need to contact our Support team using the contact form or Chat.


FAQs

I cannot login. My user name and password are not accepted.
The login details are probably incorrect, reset your password or get in touch with Support.

I did not receive the reset password email.
We will only send the email to the account registered email address, if you have several emails address please check them all or get in touch with Support.
